Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item. We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive the package.

If there is no quality issue with the product, the return shipping costs, customs duties, and other fees will be borne by the customer.

The product, packaging, and all materials inside the package must be returned in good condition and unused.

As handmade custom products are made exclusively for each order and cannot be resold, returns are not supported. Thank you for your understanding and support.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect/abnormal shipping address or because the recipient did not confirm receipt in time, please contact the courier immediately to request redelivery.
