1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.


2. How do I return an item?

To return an item, simply email us at yshotxy3@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect/abnormal shipping address or because the recipient did not confirm receipt in time, please contact the courier immediately to request redelivery. If the parcel has not yet been returned to us, we cannot accept liability or provide compensation for such cases. Thank you for your understanding.


3. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. Can I exchange my product?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.


5. What should I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Email us at yshotxy3@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the damage. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.


6. How do I contact customer service?

For any inquiries, returns, or issues, you can reach us at yshotxy3@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.


8. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to countries around the world, and we are happy to deliver our products globally.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at official@yshotx.com. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
