Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Quality is our top priority, yet we acknowledge that transit damage and other unforeseen issues might happen. Should any such problem arise within 14 days of your purchase, we offer a refund to address your concerns.

1.2 To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.

1.3 The following items are non-returnable:

2. How to Return an Item

2.1 To request a return, please contact our customer service team at official@yshotx.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide the following details:

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return 2.2 After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
3.3 Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after your return is processed.
3.4 Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at official@yshotx.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.
4.2 You may be required to provide a photo or description of the damage for verification.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank or payment provider account, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
5.2 If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at official@yshotx.com for assistance.


6. Shipping Costs

6.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6.2 Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and if the item was originally shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
